The existence of well-trained system administrator is the key to
have a satisfying FLOWSYS installation. This training here is special
for the system administrators and shows them the inside of the system.
As a matter of course we expect the system administrators to be
part of all other training too, so we don't have to repeat the user's
basic's here too.

- How the console is build up, the hardware, the wiring
- The FLOWSYS network in-house
- Monitor the FLOWSYS processes
- How all this modules work together
- How the console works
- How the pressman should use the console
- The different kinds of authorizations at the press
- System parameters: Were are they, how is their influence and
what better not to touch or change How to backup / restore the
console

Objectives:

The system administrator:
- Has the best knowledge about FLOWSYS on the shop-floor
- Is able to help all shop-floor users Can fix most of the problems
/ or is able to localize a problem very precisely
|
Participants:
|
System administrators should have some basic knowledge before visiting
a system administrator training. A special documentation is available
about pre-conditions a system
administrator should have before he/she joins this training.

Lessons:
|
The lessons are based in a classroom, where details are explained
and overviews are shown. But it is necessary as well to explore
all systems and components on-site. Your experience has shown us
that 80% of the training are on-site, watching and checking the
system and to talk with the users.

Orientation:

Very important is also the system administrator training for the
FLOWSYS server functionalities.
There are more trainings specially when system administrator are
also responsible to program customer specific
solutions and reports.
Most important is also the deepening
of knownledge.
