	Title: SA-REP 1&2 System administrator on-site repeater Subject: The existence of well-trained system administrator is the key to have a satisfying FLOWSYS installation. This training here is special for the system administrators and shows them the inside of the system. As a matter of course we expect the system administrators to be part of all other training too, so we don't have to repeat the user's basic's here too. For our experiences we know that most of the questions are coming up after using the system for a couple of weeks or months. Therefore we think it is very important that we offer a special repeat course. Here the system administrators made already his first on-site experiences. And of-course, like expected, got a lot of on-site questions. This training basicly repeats the trainings SA-1 and SA-2, but goes much further when it comes to the point of customer specific knownledgments and needs. This training goes to have a kind of consultancy, because it offers already very customer specific deepening. Contents: Monitor the FLOWSYS processes. What we have seen so far? How all this modules work together. Any further questions? The different kinds of authorizations at the press and at the server System parameters: Were are they, how is their influence and what better not to touch or change. Can we ajust something together? What the customer wants to have changed? The database contents (tables, data dictionaries, description of data fields). Any questions open? Handle the Server2000 application. More open points? How to backup / restore the console & server. Objectives: The system administrator: Get a directly feed-back to all his open questions Is able to help all users better Participants: System administrators should have already at least 6 - 8 weeks on experience to run FLOWSYS at his site. Lessons: The lessons are based in a classroom, where details are explained and overviews are shown. But it is necessary as well to explore all systems and components on-site. Your experience has shown us that 80% of the training are on-site, watching and checking the system and to talk with the users.   Duration: 5 days for each part SA-1 and SA-2 (max. class size 3 persons) Orientation: Before having this training the system administrator should be trained for the FLOWSYS shop floor and the FLOWSYS server functionalities. There are more trainings specially when system administrator are also responsible to program customer specific solutions and reports.
